So, in staying true with past tour-attempt traditions, the promoters of the Thunder of the Gods festival canceled the entire last day of festivities… which was, of course, the day we were slotted to perform.

We did, however, play a warm-up gig with our buddies in Realicide at BUOY in Maine this month, marking our first show ever in the state. This coming Sunday, we’re set to play Detroit during DEMF weekend at a venue on 8 Mile, details coming shortly. Remy is also playing a set of his solo 8-bit/chiptune compositions at McCarthy’s Pub Sunday afternoon with the fine folks from Ann Arbor’s Select/Start Records.

Finally, the mixing is almost complete for our next release, a very mutated Heatwave EP. From Motown/digicore mashup to dubsteb abstraction, the original demo version to a live cut, there’s quite a wide palette of sounds on this one CD.
